Four-Circle Single Crystal Diffractometer
Four-Circle Single Crystal DiffractometerFCD Four-Circle Single Crystal Diffratometer
- The Four-Circle Single Crystal Diffractometer (FCD) acquires data on crystal structures by rotating samples in the direction of four axes. It is used to measure and analyze single-crystal structures and the texture of metallic materials. What is more, it is useful for researches on hydrogen bonding, static/dynamic disorder, and structural/magnetic phase transition.
