KIST Ultra-Small Angle Neutron Scattering Instrument
KIST Ultra-Small Angle Neutron Scattering InstrumentKIST-USANS KIST Ultra-small Angle Neutron Scattering
- The KIST Ultra-Small Angle Neutron Scattering (KIST-USANS) Instrument measures relatively large nano-structures in micron to submicron sizes. When combined with a small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) instrument, which is suitable for measuring nano-structures, the USANS can identify structures on a multi-scale of ~ 4 order. This instrument was developed by the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) and is currently operated by KIST.
